Here’s How Long You Have Left to Watch ‘John Wick’ on HBO Max

The franchise has inspired numerous knockoffs, but none have had the cultural impact of Reeves’ cine-literate movies. The first John Wick now holds a “Certified Fresh” 86% score on the aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, where the consensus reads, “Stylish, thrilling, and giddily kinetic, John Wick serves as a satisfying return to action for Keanu Reeves — and what looks like it could be the first of a franchise.” Rotten Tomatoes was right; a franchise most certainly followed, with the latest installment being a spin-off titled From the World of John Wick: Ballerina. The spin-off featured Reeves in an extended cameo, but the star will return to headline the fifth installment of the mainline franchise as well. You can watch the original John Wick on HBO Max in the United States, but keep in mind that the movie will be removed from the platform on August 1.
