PlayStation love giving away the occasional freebie, and it’s always worth keeping an eye on them because when you don’t need to complete hours worth of challenges to collect something, it’s worth doing. And throughout 2026, Gran Turismo 7has been particularly generous in that department, with Polyphony Digital previously giving away two special cars during the opening round of the Gran Turismo World Series in Milan. With the championship moving on to Tokyo, another pair of rewards has arrived. Better still, getting them is ridiculously easy.
PS4 and PS5 players have until August 31 to claim two limited-edition Stealth Model cars for Gran Turismo 7: the Toyota FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.3) and Mazda 787B ’91. Players only need to watch the relevant Gran Turismo World Series streams through the game to qualify, and there’s no requirement to watch the entire broadcast.
There’s a different stream attached to each reward. Watching the Manufacturers Cup unlocks the Toyota FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.3) Stealth Model, while watching the Nations Cup earns the Mazda 787B ’91 Stealth Model.

How Do You Claim the Free ‘Gran Turismo 7’ Cars?
They’ve made it easy for us. All you need to do is open Gran Turismo 7, head to the World Map and select the “Viewers’ Gift” banner. From there, you’ll have some World Series broadcasts to watch before the deadline and that’s how you qualify for the rewards. However, one small problem, there’s an issue for some players accessing the live streams from within the game, so the Viewers’ Gift banner has consequently been temporarily removed while the developer investigates. Players therefore shouldn’t panic if they can’t currently find it, but it’s worth checking back before August 31, because Polyphony Digital are on top of it.
The two Stealth Models you can get a hold of are especially appealing because there’s not cars you can buy later — they won’t be available to purchase later, so it’s a genuinely limited opportunity to add them to your garage. The Mazda 787B ’91 should be especially familiar to longtime Gran Turismo players. The legendary racer has appeared in the franchise since Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec in 2001, while its real-world counterpart famously won the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans, becoming the first Japanese car to win the race.
